The situation
In 2016, Englewood native, Tristan Johnson, embraced his passion of building larger-than-life cosplay suits for the top conventions. He wanted his brand to speak to his fascination with 90’s villains and all things DC.
The solution
I wanted to draw inspiration from 90’s cartoons like Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Street Sharks for the logo’s sinister feel. It was important that TRISREX’s followers embrace the villain’s stories just as they have with the hero.
